Q: Can I put it on my deck?

A: Yes, a spa works very nicely on a deck. We will examine your deck for free to make sure it can carry the weight.

Q: Am I required to use chlorine?

A: No. There are many alternatives to chlorine, including: Bromine Ozone, Silver, Borax, Hydrogen Peroxide. However, some manufacturers will not warranty their product if some of the above are used.

Q: Will a swimming pool, hot tub, or swim spa work in my yard?

A: That would have to be determined by a qualified builder. We do that for free.

Q: Are they hard to maintain?

A: Spas are not hard to maintain if you spend the time needed to learn the basics. You should be quite able to manage after 2-3 weeks.

Q: What’s the best spa for me?

A: Cost of the spa and size are usually the two most important factors. Just remember that a high price does not guarantee quality. Find a dealer that is reputable and spend some time educating yourself. Armed with the right information you are the one most qualified to choose the right spa.

Q: I don’t live in Coos Bay. Can you still offer service for my pool or spa?

A: While our office is in Coos Bay, Oregon, we offer spa and pool service from Reedsport, Oregon to Florence, Oregon and all cities between. We will also be happy to talk with you regarding service in other Oregon locations.
